Family dinners are a great time to connect with each family member. They are also a wonderful opportunity to help promote positive thinking, the value of helping others, and self-esteem. Following are ten conversation starters to get the most out of your mealtime, bedtime or anytime. 1. What was the best thing that happened in your day today? Sometimes simple questions start the most amazing conversations. If you give people the opportunity to share their accomplishments they are rewarded for working toward their goals. If you ask others to think about what they did in their day and what they will do tomorrow, it encourages them to live with intention to create a life they are proud of. ------------------------------ Note: These are also great questions to ask yourself at the end of any day.
