1. It Washes Away A Bad Attitude.
Just as taking a nice hot shower can be a good way to wash away the tensions of a difficult day, drinking plenty of water can cleanse your body from the inside out. Sufficient water intake increases productivity of the neuro synapses in your brain, and promotes a calmer mental state.

2. Our Bodies Are Composed Of 2/3 Water. You Need To Feed That Balance.
The human body is 66% water.
Brain 75%, Heart 75%, Lungs 86%, Muscle 75%, Liver 85%, Kidney 83%, Bone 22%, Blood 83%, Saliva 95%, Perspiration 95%

3. It Fills You Up So You Don’t Eat When You’re Bored or Restless
Emotional issues are the number 1 reason for over-eating. When you are consuming high quantities of water, your stomach stays naturally full and you don’t look to fill it in times of stress.

4. It Flushes Out Germs.
Mom always said to drink lots of fluids when you have a cold. It’s true. High quantities of fluids help the body wash out germs and other contaminants.

5. It Flushes Out Toxins From Our Diet.
Much of today’s pre-packed and prepared foods have high quantities of sodium, nitrates and other chemical toxins we need to reduce in our bodies. Drinking plenty of water helps provide the carrier for healthy natural elimination.

6. It Helps Your Skin Look Better.
Models know this. Drinking sufficient water helps to maintain a healthy glow in our skin. It also maintains the plumpness of skin cells and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

7. It Gives You Energy.
Rather than explain the biochemical explanation for this, just try it and you’ll see. Increasing your water intake will dramatically increase your energy level. Next time you’re lagging and you want to reach for a cup of coffee, try 2 big glasses of water and see how you feel.

8. It’s One Of The Few Completely Healthy Things To Put Into Your Body.
Our bodies need a variety of nutrients to maintain health. Paying careful attention to the balance of carbohydrate, protein and fat intake is vital. Water is the easy part. When it comes from a fresh and pure source, there is nothing to worry about in drinking as much as you like. No calories, no fat, no carcinogens, no nitrates. Just good clean and necessary nutrition.

9. It Helps Clear Brain Activity.
Our brains function by sending small electronic signals between our neurons. Water is the primary conduit for these signals. Without proper fluid in our systems, nerve signals are dulled and impaired. Think about the dehydrated man in the desert suffering from hallucinations. Try increasing your water intake before a big test and see what a difference it makes.

10. It Quenches Thirst!
Hey, last but not least, it quenches thirst! If you are thirsty and you have the choice of what to put into your body, which is better for you: a glass of water or a completely manufactured carbonated beverage (soda)? You know the answer.

If you have anything really valuable to contribute to the world
it will come through the expression of your own personality,
that single spark of divinity that sets you off
and makes you different from every other living creature.
